Brian Bell

"In the modern world of horsemanship and western riding, we're really seeing an increased push for longevity in horses. One way to achieve this is to alleviate travel-related stress for show horses.

I first tried out the Soft-Ride Equine Comfort Boots on our way to NRHA Futurity, one of our longest trips of the year. We traveled from North Carolina to Oklahoma, more than 1200 miles one way. Normally, when we make such a long haul the horses need some time to recover. In the past they've been slightly sore, and not ready to go work right away. However, with the Soft-Ride Equine Comfort Boots the horses stepped off the trailer fresher, with more energy.

His reward has been multiple NRHA World Championship titles, top ten placings, USET accolades and a barn full of happy owners and Non Pro riders. "We Encourage clients to use Soft-Ride Boots for general transportation purposes, whether it is across the country to the Quarter Horse Congress or oversees to the World Equestrian Games. Just as you would use a standing support bandage to protect the limbs, we recommend using Soft-Rides to support and protect the feet."

Equine Sports Medicine

"We used Soft-Ride boots this year on at least ten of our stallions to safely travel

them from Ireland to Australia and Ireland to New Zealand. I found the boots to be very effective on the stallions. The trip took about 38 hours, there was no need to readjust the boots the whole trip.

Furthermore the construction, of the Soft-Ride boots fitted the stallion’s hooves very well. The removable gel pads and the slight rolled toe on the gripped base of the boot worked great.

In my opinion the stallions wore the boots very well; they were comfortable in them and seemed to travel better and quieter in them. I will be recommending them to be fitted to all our stallions for future travel by road and by air."
